which offer their best possible rate. They also offer
a FeeSaver range of mortgages, where they can help with
some of the costs involved in either moving or setting
up your mortgage.
FeeSaver
- This option helps with some of the fees associated
with moving home or moving your mortgage from another
lender including :
Free Valuation
- If you are moving house or just moving your mortgage
from another lender you will need to have a valuation.
They will give you a Basic Mortgage Valuation free of
charge.
No Arrangement Fee
- They will not charge you for reserving the funds for
the mortgage or the costs of setting it up.
Loan to value
- They will lend you up to 95% of the property valuation
unless otherwise stated.
Cashback
- They offer up to £250 to help towards the cost
of moving, decorating or to spend on whatever you like!
Remortgage customers can opt for the free Mortgage Transfer
Service instead.
Free Legal Fees
- If you are moving your mortgage from another lender
they offer a free Mortgage Transfer Service where they
take care of all the legal fees and paperwork. You don't
need to appoint a solicitor, they do all the work for
you. Restrictions may apply.
Thei mortgage customers also receive an additional
£100 cashback upon completion of a new mortgage
(this is in addition to any cashback already payable).
This applies to existing Alliance & Leicester mortgage
customers moving home or Premier Plus/Premier Current
Account customers.
